Rights remain with their holders
Original editorial material is protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party photographs, quotations, trademarks and other works remain subject to their holders’ rights and applicable licences. The footer copyright notice does not claim ownership of every image, source or fact mentioned on this site.
Credits and image context
The current photo selection uses Creative Commons and public-domain images. Each credit names the creator and links to the source and applicable licence or public-domain dedication. Captions distinguish location context and archival views from current events. Reuse must follow the conditions attached to the individual image; credit alone does not replace those conditions.
Photographs must not imply an unverified venue, date, endorsement or collaboration. Contextual images are identified accordingly. Resizing, format conversion and display crops may be used; material alterations must not misrepresent the subject. Open-licence adaptations must observe the particular attribution, modification and share-alike conditions.
Linking and reuse
You may link to our pages. Quotation and other uses allowed by law remain unaffected; give clear attribution and a link where appropriate. For reproducing substantial original text, translations, layouts or images beyond an applicable licence or legal exception, request written permission from the relevant rights holder. We cannot grant rights that belong to someone else. Read the actual licence before using Creative Commons material.
A missing credit or rights concern
Write to info@mykonosnoir.com with the page and image URL, the work concerned, the issue and evidence of your connection to the rights. We will assess credible requests and correct attribution, clarify the basis of use or remove/restrict material where warranted. Please avoid sending unrelated personal documents. A dispute does not require public disclosure of your private correspondence.
