At Santa Marina, the programme becomes part of the stay

What happened

Santa Marina’s 2026 calendar combines culinary, music and wellness events. Its Chefs Series lists Andrew Karapanos on 6 July, Yiannis Mexis on 22–23 July and Nikos Roussos on 17 August at Elais Restaurant. All of those dates are now past.

Why it matters

The editorial signal is the structure: a hotel uses a sequence of occasions to give a stay a particular rhythm. A guest-chef dinner can become the centre of an evening without requiring a separate private production.

Planning relevance

The series offers a useful model for a culinary stay: make the guest-chef dinner the evening’s centrepiece, with time before and after to enjoy Ornos Bay.
